We need you to confirm only that you will be attending so we can order accordingly, no later than September 13, 2024. The sooner the better.  Payment for your meal ($50 per plate) will be done at the event.

We are having our first general meeting and luncheon of the fall.  Art Hoivik has arranged a tasty buffet for us, and yes, he even coerced a Prime Rib roast into the menu.  Vegetarian Lasagna will also be available, plus salad etc.  Come hungry.

Guest Speaker:  Dr. Lindsay Goulet.  Dr. Goulet is the clinical exercise physiologist and leads the educational initiatives for the Centre of Clinical Excellence in Surrey, BC.  This is a program set up for CAF and RCMP Veterans who need medical and professional assistance.  Their web address is www.vfrh.ca

Brain Fog Program An innovative 12-week clinical program designed to address the physical, neurological, and cognitive impacts of Brain Fog. Fully funded participation to CAF & RCMP Veterans and their family members. Learn more Sleep & Fatigue Clinic Prioritizing the diagnosis and treatment of sleep conditions including Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), insomnia, shift work disorder.

A very brief meeting will also take place should the executive have any matters that need to be brought forward.

This luncheon is open to your significant other, and friends who you feel might be interested in attending with you.  A 50/50 draw will be conducted.  If you know of any veterans who need a ride, please reach out to them.

A special invitation goes out to all women who are members of Vancouver Division and are retired or serving regular members of the Force are invited to attend for a special presentation of the RCMPVA Challenge Coin recognizing the 50 years of service by women in the RCMP.
